Yes, Andrea, I am from the Midwest. . .southern Illinois, to be exact.
Never been anywhere near a full-blown earthquake, although I don't live too

---I just started watching TBAA myself, mmid-way through the second season.
I think the dog is just a pet.  He first appeared in the episode where we
were introduced to Celeste (2/9/97's "Angel of Death".)  Other members,
please correct me, if I'm wrong; I don't want to give incorrect information.

BTW. . . I like Celeste, and Sam, too. . .I thought both were really good in
"Labor of Love."  I'd like to see more of them.

	I've been following the suicide debate with a lot of interest. 
Fortuneately, I haven't been affected personally by suicide, but I have
been quite intriqued with the points presented.  I'd like to add my own
two cents.

IMHO, I feel that God would judge each situation and life individually.

I agree, this could be quite touchy.  However, what I would like to see,
is perhaps someone who tries to commit suicide, but is saved in time -
eg. a person overdoses and comes very close, but the paramedics manage
to revive the person.  I'd like to see how the angels help the person
deal with the pain after - to go on living.  I don't know, maybe this is
too close to "Into the Light" - I missed that one, darn it, and I really
hope they rebroadcast it soon.

Also, someone mentioned how the angels don't step in when someone is
about to commit suicide - I agree that it has to do with free will(maybe
the dog should be called 'Will?'  He does seem to run around quite
freely ;-)  I know, bad groaner), but seriously, what about the episode
with the reporter who hits a boy with her car - I forget the name of the
ep - Monica stepped in at the crucial moment there?  Just a thought.

	Anyways, that was more like a quarter than 2 cents.  I'd better quit
while I'm behind ;-)

	I just finished reading my mail, so I thought I'd take a quick sec and 
respond.  
	I don't remember the episode "Rock N Roll Dad" (at least I don't think I 
do).  What was that one about (better yet, does anyone have a copy of it?)

	To Darla and Red, ok I don't know how many "members strong" AiA is, but 
count me in too!!!  I *still* have a hard time believing John Dye is *real* (I 
mean, are we sure he's not *really* an angel in human disguise?) and that there 
are other men like John/Andrew.  (I have "met" a few from this list, who I 
consider to be canidates in that area)  :)  Ok, I'll stop drooling.

	As for an episode I'd like to see, I agree with Skydancer, I'd like to 
see the angels deal with the subject of abuse (and I too think it should be an 
emotional type of abuse, as that type is really more common than what most 
people think).  I know TBAA has touched the subject of abuse in other episodes, 
but only in relation to something else.  I'd like to see them deal with it head 
on.  I'm sure Tess and Andrew would be able to "handle" that subject just fine, 
but I have a "feeling" Monica would have a real hard time with it.  Of course, 
if the abuse was shown as Skydancer said (in relation to men) then Andrew "may" 
just have trouble with that one too.  What does anyone else think?
	Ok you guys, I'm not a "down with men" type of person, so *please* don't 
take this abuse thing as an insult.  There are all types of abuse (physical, 
emotional, mental, sexual) and not all are received from men (some come from 
family and friends, without them realizing they are doing things that are 
abusive.  I know all about this subject first hand, so if you want more info, 
email me personally).  So *please*, *please*, don't take any of this wrong.  I 
truely believe there are good, kind and loving men (and women) out there, I just 
haven't had the pleasure of knowing any.  Until I joined this list, that is.  
Now I "know" (and I really wish I could actually say that for real) a few of 
you!  :)
	Ok, enough for me for now.  I need to rest my mind.  Don't want to over 
tax it the first day it's back.  Maybe later.

That was his second appearance (I think).  He was introduced in "Forget
Me Not" when Monica began wondering about what Tess did on her free 
time.  At the end of the assignment, Andrew took Monica to see Tess 
trying to train her new dog.

agree with you, completely.  There isn't enough love in this world to begin
with.  I think it's great that being fans of a TV Show (TBAA) brought us all

I got the impression that the Angel List was a very special group of people

So would I!!!  Wouldn't it be great if we could all get together sometime this 
summer and actually meet each other for real?  We could maybe make it an annual 
TBAA list reunion, or something similar.  Of course, I could even stretch my 
over-active imagination, and say it could be held in Salt Lake City, (and even 
really stretch it) with The cast and crew of TBAA!!!  Whad ya think?  Anybody

The problem is probably with your mail-reading software.  AOL's mail 
software has a limited "buffer" capacity-- the amount of text it can 
cram into a piece of mail-- and an annoying habit of just not showing 
you the rest.  Try downloading that "partial" digest to a text file and 
reading it on your word processor. I'd almost bet money it'll all be 
there.  If you don't know how to download a piece of mail, ask customer 
service at AOL (it involves the Download Manager software, or did last 
time I was on AOL, many, *many* moons ago...).

If that doesn't solve the problem, e-mail me *directly* and I'll try to 
think of something else.  :)

Just to check...I have seen at least two notes from AOL members that they
have recieved only partial digests from this list (and I'm not even through
all my mail yet, so there may be more...).  If you are having this problem,
could you e-mail me privately, please?  I am particularly interested in
knowing if there is anyone *not* on AOL having this problem.  

Just FYI, there appears to have been some sort of blockage out there in
cyberspace, because suddenly I'm gettting messages here from days ago, and
bounces from last week of stuff sent to AOL just began arriving in friends'
mailboxes.  Also, messages from as early as the 24th are only now arriving in
friends' mailboxes from *non*-AOL sources, so whatever it was wasn't only
ADDY...but AOL seems to have been affected pretty seriously.  

I don't know if the digest problems are related to this, or if they are
something else entirely, so I'm not quite sure how to proceed...but I am
looking into it.  :-)

Well, I have been lurking around long enough.  I'm John C. Weaver.  Born and
raised in Southern California for a long time.  Called the San Fernando
Valley my home. 

I can't say how TBAA has touched my life, or if I had any angels visited me
that I remember.  All I can say is God wanted me to wake up from the
nightmare I was existing in.  Now, my heart is open, my mind still is
cluttered, and I thank God for that.  Funny....all the time that I went to
church, stayed awake at the sermons, even participated in the Chancel Choir,
I never got the wakeup call from God, until now.

I agree with you, John, but I can't take credit for the quote about how God
is using TBAA.  Deelady
actually said that.

Isn't it great that Susan suggested a reunion with the cast and crew in Salt
Lake?  Susan and Deelady appear to have been on the same wavelength. . . I'd
be willing to travel there.  I think it would be fun!  Even if it never
happens, I'm glad Susan is thinking of us in her contacts with those
connected to TBAA.

I've been reading these posts about a week and decided I might as well 
stop being rude and introduce myself. HI everybody, my name is Sarah 
and I live in Northwest Ohio.  I'm in my early thirties and am 
currently working in 2-dimensional animation and multimedia editing. 
Other hobbies include cross stitch, Civil War reenacting and being 
slave to my pet cat. (anyone who has a cat knows what I mean!). I 
haven't been watching TBAA for very long, but I think it's a great 
show, and John Dye does a fantastic job as Andrew.  BTW, if any of you 
know DelanySis1, I'm her twin sister.
