Todd gets to work on his latest brainstorm. What now?

Suddenly Katherine shows up and wants to see Brett. Todd tells her he isn't here and she should leave. She refuses to leave without seeing Brett and things get busy. It seems that 1/2 the football team failed an exam and need better grades.
As Todd gets the phone and gives directives, it dawns on Katherine that he is changing grades for money - she is livid and demands to know if Brett is involved.
Todd assures her that Brett knows nothing about it and tries to rush her out of the office - but she won't hear of it. She demands to stay. As the pace picks up, Todd puts her in his office and tries to handle the crisis.
After the crisis is past, Katherine and Todd are talking in his office when Brett walks in. Brett demands to know what's going on and is astounded at what he finds out. Just as he and Katherine are about to leave, the cops bust the place and begin to cart everyone off to jail. Katherine tells them that she and Brett knew nothing about this. The police take Brett, but let Katherine go. She leaves in a rush.
