Tommy (Phillip Rhee), a member of the U.S. martial arts team, seeks revenge against the Korean (Simon Rhee) who killed his brother in a match; in their own climactic match, however, finer impulses prevail. Showcasing co-producer Phillip Rhee, the film is designed to appeal to martial arts enthusiasts, in spite of name actors in other roles, and is plainly indebted to genre predecessors as well as to other inspirational sports films.
