In MAKING THE GRADE a spoiled rich kid, Palmer Woodrow III (Dana Olsen), who cannot collect on his trust fund unless he completes his senior year in high school, arranges for a street-wise punk, Eddie Keaton (Judd Nelson) to take his place in school.
